Jackrabbit does not collect personal information from children under the age of 13, unless it first obtains the necessary parental consent required under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule (“COPPA”) Jackrabbit may collect personal data that parents/guardians voluntarily provide when using the Services. Examples of personal data provided by parents/guardians include, but are not limited to: email address for those who wish to receive newsletters, promotional notifications, or alerts from Jackrabbit; name(s), gender; transaction information when purchase a Service; customer support queries; or birth date. We primarily use this kind of information to contact parents/guardians about new Services and features and to send push notifications if consent to receive them has been given.

Non-personal data is information that either does not directly identify an individual user, or is personal information which has had the individual identifiers removed. Examples of non-personal data include, but are not limited to: usage, viewing, and technical data, such as the duration a mobile application is used, how it is used, screens viewed and actions taken within the mobile application. We primarily use this kind of information to enhance and improve our Services.

Jackrabbit may also work with third party analytics providers to help us understand your use of our Services. Examples of data that may be analyzed include, but are not limited to, how many times a page is viewed or a link is clicked, time spent on an application page, or application progress. When you visit the Jackrabbit website, your computer’s operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language and referring website address(es) may be logged automatically. We may also collect information about your usage and activity, such as number of clicks, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, and the date and time of this activity. We primarily use this kind of information to monitor, analyze, and improve upon our Services.
